The
Big 'Do'
 The
main event of the year I suppose has to be our big party, when on 12th May we
dedicated Andrew and celebrated both Tim and Chris' 40th birthdays. We hired
the function room of the Marlow Bottom pub; did the dedication first, followed swiftly by
a performance by Magic Mark - a children's entertainer from our church - and then for the
adults a live band and finally a disco - once all the youngsters had been taken home and
left in charge of the baby-sitter. It was good to have so many family and friends there
joining in both the serious and fun parts of the evening. I guess not many nippers get
dedicated in the middle of a dance floor!
